Israel is allowed to remain in existence, though now only in a small enclave around Tel Aviv and Haifa, while the State of Palestine is awarded the remainder of Israel. Those Israelis who wish to remain in Palestine are allowed to do so, though Egypt offers to assist any who wish to move to the new Israel and cannot afford to do so. Israel is not allowed to possess any military aircraft and may only maintain a defensive force of 10,000. Furthermore, UN peacekeepers are required to remain in Israel for a period of 20 years, and the Israel is forbidden to be a part of the UN for the same period. | 1946 | 913 Add An Event | In Southern Norway, American B-32's begin an enormous bombing raid at 0600. At 0730 an allied fleet is spotted sailing towards Norway. At 0800 the allied fleet begins to lob shells along the southern tip of Norway. Within an hour the U.S Army's 100th army battalion lands on the Norse beach. A casualty rate was 45 to 1, but by days end, the Norway resistance began to retake many of the cities. At 2300 hours Oslo was under Norse control again. In France the allies enconter fierce Nazi resistance around the town of Carantan, a siege begins. The 10th armord devision is the first to enter the town. U.S Sherman tanks lob shells at anything that stands. The Allies soon find out that it is a trap. Nazi King Tiger Tanks approach from the allies rear. The U.S Shermans are no match for the formidable King Tiger. But the allies refuse to retreat and begin to take cover in and around Carantan. Soon enough the allies are not the ones who are besiging but instead are the ones who are besieged. In the Middle east the UIA cuts off the suplies to the Nazi troops who are besigeing the city of Medina. In Mecca German Me-262's lanch a rocket atack on the city. Many relics are destroyed including the Kaaba. In India, Japanese forces have broken threw the Indian defences of Calcutta and take the city within hours.
